Privacy policy

This policy describes how West Coast Capital Mortgage Inc. (“we”) handles information collected on boutiquemtg.com. Effective October 2026.

What we collect

• Information you give us — name, phone, email, property state, timeline, price range, income type, free-text messages, and anything you type to the AI concierge.
• Attribution — the page you landed on, referrer, and campaign parameters (UTM, Google/Meta click IDs) so we know which marketing brought you.
• Device and usage data — only after you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, interactions, approximate location and device type via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity.
• Essential storage — a random first-party visitor ID, your cookie choice and language preference, stored in your browser.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and review your mortgage scenario with a licensed loan officer.
• To store your lead in our customer relationship system (GR CRM, operated by West Coast Capital Mortgage Inc.) and follow up by phone, email or SMS with your consent.
• To measure and improve the site and our advertising.

AI concierge

The concierge on this site is the WCCI Loan Strategy AI (wcci.online), operated by West Coast Capital Mortgage Inc. and embedded in this page. What you type or say to it, and any documents you choose to send, are processed by that service and its AI providers to generate replies and to prepare your scenario for a licensed loan officer. Voice input uses your browser’s speech recognition and only runs after you allow microphone access. Please do not share Social Security numbers or account numbers in the chat. Conversations are not used to make credit decisions.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate (hosting — Netlify; CRM and scheduling — GR CRM / Supabase; AI — WCCI Loan Strategy AI and its model providers; analytics — Google, Microsoft), with lenders and settlement partners when you proceed with a loan, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Change your cookie choice any time with “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop SMS. Unsubscribe links appear in marketing email.
• California residents may request access to or deletion of their information under the CCPA/CPRA by emailing [email protected].

Security and retention

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls. We retain lead information as long as needed to serve you and to meet regulatory record-keeping requirements.
